Cantina La Dama, whose production has been certified organic in 2015, is located in the heart of Valpolicella in one of the most suitable areas for the production of Amarone. This small winery was established in 2009 thanks to the will and passion of Gabriele and Miriam Dalcanale.
In the laborious landscape of Valpolicella where every corner is a vineyard, La Dama stands out for its colourful architecture. Built in the middle of their vineyards, the cellar welcomes visitors in a two-storey building. The two lateral bodies joined by a large arch, a tunnel that opens on one side on the entrance square and on the other on a large porch.
This tunnel and the porch were designed as a natural dryer for the amarone grapes. Gabriele is the winemaker and manages the entire production cycle from vineyard to bottle with passion and competence.
